What is your delivery schedule?
We deliver in the Dallas/ Fort Worth area and surrounding communities daily. Our standard deliveries are between 2pm and 6pm. If you need an early or late delivery we can do it, just call us.

What types of payments do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Additionally, if you are physician and are interested in setting up an account please contact us.

Do you take insurance?
At the moment we do not take insurance-based payments. In the near future we will begin processing insurance claims. In the meantime we will be happy to send you a receipt and all of the documentation so that you may send in the prescription information for reimbursement.

Does LifeSpan pharmacy have a storefront?
To keep costs as low as possible – to pass savings onto our customers – we do not operate a storefront. All of our products are either delivered by hand or by mail.

What does LifeSpan pharmacy need to fill a prescription?
Unlike some foreign or mail order pharmacies we only fill prescriptions in accordance to US laws and guidelines. We require a faxed copy of your doctor’s written prescription made out to you.

All prescriptions written in the US require that a doctor see the patient, in person, prior to writing a prescription. Furthermore, it is illegal to request prescription medication without a valid prescription.
